Please contact our friendly admin team by phoning 9742 1855 on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 8am and 8pm, or simply complete the form below and a member of our team we will contact you generally early evenings to complete your intake/onboarding.

To assist with a streamline intake process, please have the following handy (some may not be applicable):

  • Medicare card

  • Email or fax copy of the GP referral letter &/or Mental Health Care Plan

Payment can be made using a Visa | Mastercard debit or credit card - please note that, if using another person’s card, we do require verbal confirmation from the card holder to process your payment. We are unable to accept cash payments - direct deposit can be arranged, however payment is required four (4) days prior to each appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: card payments will be processed two (2) business days before the first appointment. Subsequent appointment payments are processed one (1) business day prior to each appointment.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, we require that clients provide at least 24 hours notice and on the previous Friday for Monday consultations (or Tuesday consultations after a public holiday).

Please be aware that if this notice is not given then you will be charged the FULL consult fee plus GST regardless of receiving/not receiving a text reminder. Medicare rebates are not claimable if you do not attend or give enough notice of cancellation.
